Mystical Matcha Mint Ninja Creami

1.In a blender, combine the unsweetened almond milk, fresh mint leaves, matcha green tea powder, honey or agave syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and the mint is finely chopped.

2.Add the frozen banana slices, coconut cream, lemon juice, and sea salt to the blender. Blend again until the mixture is creamy and well combined.

3.Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.

4.Once frozen, remove the container from the freezer and let it sit for about 5 minutes to soften slightly.

5.Process the frozen mixture in the Ninja Creami according to the manufacturer's instructions until it reaches a creamy consistency.

6.Serve immediately in bowls or cups, garnished with a few mint leaves or a sprinkle of matcha powder if desired.
