Refreshing Lemon Polo Drink

1.In a pitcher, combine the cold water and fresh lemon juice.

2.Add the granulated sugar and salt to the mixture.

3.Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved.

4.Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness by adding more sugar if desired.

5.Refrigerate the drink for at least 30 minutes to chill.

6.Serve the drink over ice cubes in glasses.

7.Garnish each glass with a slice of lemon and a few fresh mint leaves.
