Galactic Planet Cookies

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2.In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

3.Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

4.In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.

5.Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

6.Divide the dough into two equal portions. Add blue food coloring to one portion and green food coloring to the other, mixing until the colors are evenly distributed.

7.Gently fold in the mini chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and crushed candy-coated chocolates into both portions of dough.

8.Take a small amount of blue dough and a small amount of green dough, and gently roll them together to form a ball, creating a marbled effect. Repeat with the remaining dough.

9.Place the dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches between each cookie.

10.Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. The centers will still be soft.

11.Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
