Fluffy Razma Bread

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the Razma flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Mix well to ensure the baking powder is evenly distributed.

2.Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add the warm water and olive oil.

3.Using a wooden spoon or your hands, mix the ingredients together until a dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour; if it's too dry, add a bit more water.

4.Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

5.Cover the dough with a clean kitchen towel and let it rest for 30 minutes in a warm place. This allows the dough to rise slightly.

6.Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

7.After resting, punch down the dough to release any air bubbles. Shape it into a round loaf or divide it into smaller rolls, depending on your preference.

8.Place the shaped dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Let it rise for another 15-20 minutes.

9.Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.

10.Remove from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack before slicing.
