Fruity Jelly Kittens

1.In a small saucepan, combine the fruit juice and granulated sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar is completely dissolved.

2.Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the lemon juice.

3.Sprinkle the unflavored gelatin over the juice mixture and let it sit for about 5 minutes to allow the gelatin to bloom.

4.Return the saucepan to low heat and stir the mixture until the gelatin is completely dissolved and the mixture is smooth. Do not let it boil.

5.If desired, add a few drops of food coloring to achieve your preferred color for the jelly kittens.

6.Carefully pour the mixture into kitten-shaped silicone molds, filling each mold to the top.

7.Refrigerate the molds for at least 2 hours, or until the jelly is fully set and firm.

8.Once set, gently remove the jelly kittens from the molds by pressing from the bottom.

9.Serve the fruity jelly kittens as a fun and delightful treat.
