Dino Delight: Roasted Dinosaur Drumsticks

1.Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2.In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper to create a spice rub.

3.Rub the spice mixture all over the turkey drumsticks, ensuring they are evenly coated.

4.Place the drumsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a lightly greased roasting pan.

5.In a separate small bowl, combine the lemon juice and honey. Brush this mixture over the drumsticks to add a sweet and tangy glaze.

6.Roast the drumsticks in the preheated oven for about 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is crispy and golden brown. Baste the drumsticks with the honey-lemon glaze every 20 minutes during roasting.

7.Once cooked, remove the drumsticks from the oven and let them rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.

8.Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
