Choco-Green Delight: Spinach and Carrot Smoothie

1.Wash the fresh spinach leaves thoroughly under cold water and set aside.

2.Peel and chop the medium carrot into small pieces to ensure easy blending.

3.In a blender, combine the spinach leaves, chopped carrot, ripe banana, and almond milk.

4.Add the cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract to the blender.

5.If you prefer a creamier texture, add the Greek yogurt to the mixture.

6.Blend all the ingredients on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.

7.If you like your smoothie chilled, add a handful of ice cubes and blend again until the ice is crushed and the smoothie is frosty.

8.Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or maple syrup.
