Fiery Parmesan Habanero Wing Sauce

1.In a medium saucepan, combine the habanero hot sauce and olive oil over medium heat. Stir until well combined and heated through.

2.Add the grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper to the saucepan. Stir continuously until the cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth.

3.Reduce the heat to low and let the sauce simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.

4.Remove the sauce from the heat and let it cool slightly. If desired, stir in the chopped fresh parsley for added flavor and color.

5.Use the sauce to coat cooked chicken wings by tossing them in a large bowl with the sauce until evenly coated. Alternatively, serve the sauce on the side as a dip for wings or other appetizers.
