Fiery Green Wild Wings with Spicy Spinach Sauce

1.Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2.In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

3.Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

4.Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.

5.While the wings are baking, prepare the spicy spinach sauce. In a blender, combine the spinach leaves, green chili peppers, ghost pepper, Carolina Reaper pepper, habanero peppers, garlic, lime juice, honey, cilantro, and water.

6.Blend the mixture until smooth and well combined. Adjust the consistency with more water if needed.

7.Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly.

8.In a large mixing bowl, toss the baked wings with the spicy spinach sauce until they are well coated.

9.Serve the Fiery Green Wild Wings immediately, garnished with extra cilantro if desired.
