Pumpkin Spice Delight Parfait

1.In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well combined.

2.In another bowl, gently fold the Cool Whip into the pumpkin mixture until fully incorporated, creating a creamy pumpkin filling.

3.In serving glasses or bowls, start layering the parfait. Begin with a layer of graham cracker crumbs at the bottom.

4.Add a layer of the pumpkin filling on top of the graham cracker crumbs, smoothing it out with a spatula.

5.Repeat the layers, adding more graham cracker crumbs followed by the pumpkin filling until the glasses are filled, finishing with a layer of pumpkin filling on top.

6.If desired, sprinkle chopped pecans on the top layer for added crunch and flavor.

7.Refrigerate the parfaits for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld and the dessert to chill.
