Savory Chicken and Broccoli Oven Stir Fry

2.In a large mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create the marinade.

3.Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and toss until they are well coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes for better flavor.

4.On a large baking sheet, spread the marinated chicken evenly. Add the broccoli florets, sliced red bell pepper, and sliced carrots around the chicken.

5.Drizzle any remaining marinade over the vegetables and chicken, ensuring everything is well coated.

6.Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

7.While the chicken and vegetables are baking, mix the cornstarch and water in a small bowl to create a slurry.

8.After 20-25 minutes, remove the baking sheet from the oven. Drizzle the cornstarch slurry over the chicken and vegetables, and toss everything gently to combine.

9.Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes to thicken the sauce slightly.

10.Once done, remove from the oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
