Vermicelli Stir-Fry Delight

1.Cook the vermicelli noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

2.In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

3.Add the minced garlic and ginger to the skillet, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

4.Add the sliced red and yellow bell peppers, broccoli florets, and julienned carrot to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

5.In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and sugar.

6.Add the cooked vermicelli noodles to the skillet with the vegetables, then pour the sauce mixture over everything. Toss well to combine and heat through for another 2-3 minutes.

7.Remove from heat and stir in the chopped green onions.

8.Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds.
