Grilled Meat Medley with Spicy Marinade

1.In a large bowl, combine olive oil (2 tablespoons), minced garlic (4 cloves), soy sauce (2 tablespoons), apple cider vinegar (2 tablespoons), honey (1 tablespoon), smoked paprika (1 tablespoon), cayenne pepper (1 teaspoon), ground cumin (1 teaspoon), black pepper (1 teaspoon), salt (1 teaspoon), and lime juice to create the marinade.

2.Add the chicken thighs (4 pieces), beef sirloin (4 pieces), and pork tenderloin (4 pieces) to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight for maximum flavor.

3.Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using a charcoal grill, ensure the coals are hot and ashed over.

4.Remove the meat from the marinade and let any excess drip off. Discard the remaining marinade.

5.Place the marinated meats on the grill. Grill the chicken thighs (4 pieces) for about 6-7 minutes per side, the beef sirloin (4 pieces) for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, and the pork tenderloin (4 pieces) for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) for pork and chicken, and 135°F (57°C) for beef.

6.Once cooked, remove the meats from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.

7.Slice the grilled meats into bite-sized pieces and arrange them on a serving platter. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
