Tropical Paradise Jello Shots

1.In a mixing bowl, combine the tropical flavored gelatin with 1 cup of boiling water (1 cup). Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.

2.Add 1 cup of cold water (1 cup) and 1 cup of vodka (1 cup) to the gelatin mixture. Stir well to combine.

3.In a separate bowl, mix the diced pineapple, mango, kiwi, and shredded coconut (if using).

4.Add the fruit mixture to the gelatin and vodka (1 cup) mixture, stirring gently to distribute the fruit evenly.

5.Pour the mixture into 2 oz plastic shot cups, filling each cup about 3/4 full.

6.Refrigerate the jello shots for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.

7.Once set, serve chilled and enjoy your Tropical Paradise Jello Shots!
