Chocolate Streusel Bars

1.Preheat oven to 350°F.

2.In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, and cocoa.

3.Cut in margarine until crumbly (mixture will be dry).

4.Reserve 2 cups of crumb mixture.

5.Press the remainder firmly on the bottom of a 13x9-inch baking pan.

6.Bake for 15 minutes.

7.In a large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.

8.Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth.

9.Add egg and vanilla; mix well.

10.Pour over prepared crust.

11.Combine nuts with reserved crumb mixture; sprinkle over cheese mixture.

12.Bake for 25 minutes or until bubbly.

13.Cool and chill.

14.Cut into bars.

15.Store covered in refrigerator.
