Kulen Delight Sandwich

1.In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create a flavorful spread.

2.Take four slices of sourdough bread and spread a generous layer of the mayonnaise mixture on one side of each slice.

3.Layer the sliced kulen sausage evenly over the mayonnaise side of each of the four slices of bread.

4.On top of the kulen, add a handful of mixed greens, followed by slices of tomato, cucumber, and red onion.

5.Top each sandwich with the remaining four slices of sourdough bread, mayonnaise side down, to create a complete sandwich.

6.Press down gently on each sandwich to help the ingredients meld together.

7.Preheat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat. Once hot, place the sandwiches in the pan and grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and crispy.

8.Remove the sandwiches from the pan and let them cool for a minute before slicing them in half.

9.Serve immediately and enjoy your Kulen Delight Sandwich!
