Charcoal-Grilled Honey Chicken Delight

1.In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, ground ginger, paprika, black pepper, and salt until well combined to create the marinade.

2.Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight for maximum flavor.

3.Preheat your charcoal grill to medium-high heat, ensuring the coals are glowing and covered with white ash.

4.Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing excess marinade to drip off. Discard the remaining marinade.
