Spicy Kaju Rice Delight

4Add the cooked rice (2 cups) to the skillet, mixing it well with the cashews and chilies.

5Sprinkle the black pepper powder (1 teaspoon), chaat masala (1 teaspoon), red chili powder (1 teaspoon), garam masala (1 teaspoon), and salt over the rice.

6Gently fold the spices into the rice, ensuring that the rice is evenly coated with the spices and the cashews are distributed throughout.

7Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is heated through and the flavors meld together.

8Remove from heat and serve hot, garnished with additional cashews if desired.
