Ultimate Peopleburger Delight

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently with your hands until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.

2.Divide the meat mixture into four equal portions and shape each portion into a patty about 3/4 inch thick. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty with your thumb to prevent it from puffing up during cooking.

3.Preheat a grill or a large skillet over medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill grates or the skillet.

4.Place the patties on the grill or skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side. Flip the patties and place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each one. Continue cooking for another 4-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the burgers are cooked to your desired level of doneness.

5.While the burgers are cooking, split the hamburger buns and spread butter on the cut sides. Toast the buns on the grill or in a skillet until golden brown.

8.Add a slice of tomato, a few rings of red onion, and two slices of pickles on top of each patty. Cover with the top half of the bun.
