Creamy Coconut and Peanut Dressing

1.In a medium mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter and coconut milk. Whisk together until smooth and well blended.

2.Add the soy sauce, lime juice, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using) to the bowl. Whisk until all ingredients are fully incorporated and the dressing is creamy.

3.Taste the dressing and add salt as needed to enhance the flavor.

4.If the dressing is too thick, gradually add water, one tablespoon at a time, whisking until you reach your desired consistency.

5.Once the dressing is smooth and creamy, transfer it to a jar or airtight container for storage.
