Hot & Crispy Devil Eggs Delight

1.Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover them with water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling, cover the saucepan, remove from heat, and let the eggs sit for 10 minutes.

2.After 10 minutes, transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water to cool for about 5 minutes. This will make them easier to peel.

3.Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.

4.Mash the yolks with a fork until smooth. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, hot sauce, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.

5.In a small skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the panko breadcrumbs and toast them until golden brown and crispy, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

6.Fill each egg white half with the yolk mixture using a spoon or a piping bag for a neater presentation.

7.Sprinkle the toasted panko breadcrumbs generously over the filled eggs.

8.Garnish with chopped chives for a fresh touch.

9.Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
