Cheesy Spiced Noodle Bake

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2.Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

3.In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked noodles, cheddar cheese, ricotta cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Mix well until the noodles are evenly coated with cheese.

4.In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, oregano, basil, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

5.Pour the egg mixture over the noodle and cheese mixture. Stir until everything is evenly combined and the noodles are well coated with the egg mixture.

6.Transfer the noodle mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

7.Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.

8.After 25 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.

9.Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
