Fluffy Eggless Chocolate Cake with a Hint of Coffee

3.In a separate bowl, mix the water, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, instant coffee granules, and white vinegar until the coffee granules are dissolved.

4.Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix gently until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are okay.

5.Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

6.Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
