Zesty Shazwan Veg Fried Rice Extravaganza

1.Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

2.Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 2-3 minutes.

3.Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for another minute until fragrant.

4.Add the diced carrot, bell pepper, and green beans to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

5.Incorporate the corn and peas, mixing well with the other vegetables.

6.Add the cooked jasmine rice to the skillet, breaking up any clumps with a spatula.

7.Pour in the Shazwan sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil. Stir everything together until the rice is evenly coated with the sauces.
