Creamy Coffee Oatmeal Delight

1.In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil over medium heat.

2.Once the water is boiling, add 1 cup of rolled oats and a pinch of salt. Stir well to combine.

3.Reduce the heat to low and let the oats simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until they start to thicken.

4.In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of coffee powder, 1/4 cup of milk powder, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon until well combined.

5.Once the oats have thickened, remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the coffee mixture until fully incorporated and creamy.

6.Let the oatmeal sit for a minute to cool slightly and thicken further before serving.

7.Spoon the creamy coffee oatmeal into bowls and top with additional cinnamon or a drizzle of honey if desired.
