Spicy Chickpea Curry Delight

4.Add the drained chickpeas and diced tomatoes to the pot, stirring well to combine all the ingredients.

5.Pour in the coconut milk and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.

6.Reduce the heat to low and let the curry simmer for about 15-20 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.

7.Season with salt to taste, adjusting as necessary.

8.Remove from heat and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
