Creamy Yoghurt and Garlic Bean Dip

1.In a food processor, combine the cooked white beans, Greek yoghurt, minced garlic (2 cloves), lemon juice (2 tablespoons), olive oil (1 tablespoon), and ground cumin (½ teaspoon).

2.Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed to ensure everything is well combined.

3.Taste the dip and season with salt and pepper according to your preference, blending again to mix in the seasoning.

4.Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

5.Serve the creamy yoghurt and garlic (2 cloves) bean dip with pita chips, fresh vegetables, or use it as a spread on sandwiches.
