Garlic-Infused Ham and Veggie Bake

1.Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2.In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli florets, diced ham, diced bell pepper, minced garlic, chopped onion, and halved cherry tomatoes.

3.Drizzle the olive oil over the mixture and sprinkle with dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together until well coated.

4.Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

5.Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top of the vegetable and ham mixture.

6.Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.

7.After 25 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

8.Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
