Savory Zucchini and Meat Stir-Fry with Rice

1.Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

2.Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

3.Add the sliced meat to the skillet, cooking until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the meat from the skillet and set aside.

4.In the same skillet, add the sliced zucchini, bell pepper, and carrot. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

5.Return the cooked meat to the skillet with the vegetables.

6.Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, stirring to combine all the ingredients well. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through.

7.Add the cooked rice to the skillet, mixing everything together until the rice is heated and coated with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

8.Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
