Savory Herb-Crusted Steak with Garlic Butter

1.Remove the steaks from the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking.

2.Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.

3.In a small bowl, mix together the chopped rosemary, thyme, parsley, salt, and black pepper to create the herb crust mixture.

4.Rub the olive oil evenly over both sides of the steaks, then press the herb mixture onto both sides of the steaks to form a crust.

5.Once the grill or skillet is hot, place the steaks on it and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness is reached.

6.While the steaks are cooking, prepare the garlic butter by combining the softened butter, minced garlic, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Mix well until fully combined.
