Banana Chocolate Crunch Delight

1.Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

2.In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.

3.Add the dried banana chips to the melted chocolate and gently stir until all the banana chips are well coated with chocolate.

4.Spread the chocolate-coated banana chips evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.

5.Sprinkle the chopped almonds, shredded coconut, and sea salt evenly over the chocolate-coated banana chips.

6.Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate has hardened.

7.Once the chocolate is set, break the mixture into bite-sized pieces.
