Beginner's English Chicken Roast Delight!

1.Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2.Rinse the chicken under cold water and pat it dry with paper towels.

3.Rub the olive oil all over the chicken, then season it with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

4.Place the chopped vegetables in a roasting pan and toss them with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper.

5.Place the seasoned chicken on top of the vegetables in the roasting pan.

6.Roast in the preheated oven for about 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (75°C).

7.Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before carving. Serve with the roasted vegetables.
