Cola Delight Gummies

1.In a medium saucepan, combine the cola soda, granulated sugar, and corn syrup. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved.

2.Once the mixture is heated, remove it from the heat and slowly whisk in the gelatin powder until fully dissolved and smooth.

3.Add the citric acid, vanilla extract, and baking soda to the mixture, stirring well to combine. The mixture will bubble slightly due to the baking soda.

4.Pour the mixture into silicone gummy molds, filling each cavity to the top.

5.Refrigerate the molds for at least 4 hours or until the gummies are firm and set.

6.Once set, carefully remove the gummies from the molds and store them in an airtight container at room temperature.
