Chocolate Kiwi Yogurt Delight

1.In a small saucepan, melt the dark chocolate and butter over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

2.In a mixing bowl, combine the plain yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined and smooth.

3.In serving glasses or bowls, start layering the dessert. Begin with a layer of yogurt mixture at the bottom.

4.Add a layer of sliced kiwi on top of the yogurt.

5.Drizzle a layer of the melted chocolate over the kiwi slices.

6.Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with a layer of yogurt on top.

7.If desired, sprinkle granola on the top layer for added crunch.

8.Garnish with fresh mint leaves for a pop of color and freshness.

9.Chill the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
