Lemon Garlic Chicken Delight

1.In a large bowl, combine olive oil, fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, lemon zest, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together until well blended.

2.Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 4 hours for maximum flavor.

3.Preheat your grill or oven to 375°F (190°C). If using a grill, lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.

4.Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing excess marinade to drip off. Discard the remaining marinade.

5.If grilling, place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). If baking, place the chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until fully cooked.
