Steak Sandwich Delight

1.Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.

2.Season the steak with salt and pepper on both sides.

3.Cook the steak on the grill or skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached.

4.Remove the steak from the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing it thinly against the grain.

5.While the steak is resting, toast the slices of milk bread until golden brown.

6.Spread mayonnaise on one slice of toasted bread and Dijon mustard on the other slice.

7.Layer the fresh arugula on the mayonnaise side, followed by the sliced steak and tomato slices.

8.Top with the other slice of bread, mustard side down, and press gently to secure the sandwich.

9.Cut the sandwich in half and serve immediately.
