Spicy Maggie Masala Delight

1.Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.

2.Add the mustard seeds and cumin seeds, and let them splutter for a few seconds.

3.Add the chopped onions and green chilies, sauté until the onions turn translucent.

4.Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for another minute until fragrant.

5.Add the mirchi powder, garam masala, and coriander powder, and mix well, cooking for 1-2 minutes to release the spices' flavors.

6.Pour in 2 cups of water and bring it to a boil.

7.Once boiling, add the Maggie noodles and the tastemaker sachets that come with the noodles.

8.Cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally until the noodles are cooked and the water is mostly absorbed.

9.Taste and adjust salt as needed, then remove from heat.

10.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
