Spicy Sausage and Shrimp Sauce

1.Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

2.Add the sliced sausage to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

3.Stir in the diced onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic. Sauté until the vegetables are softened, about 3-4 minutes.

4.Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.

5.Pour in the diced tomatoes (with their juice) and chicken broth. Stir to combine.

6.Add the Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well and bring the sauce to a simmer.

7.Reduce the heat to low and let the sauce simmer for about 10-15 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.

8.Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.

9.Serve the spicy sausage and shrimp sauce over butter rice, garnished with fresh parsley.
