Creamy Sweet Chilli Beef & Bean Dip

1.In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the beef mince and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 5-7 minutes.

2.Stir in the garlic paste and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.

3.Add the kidney beans and nacho mix to the skillet, mixing well to combine. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until heated through.

4.Remove the skillet from heat and let it cool slightly. Then, stir in the sour cream and sweet chilli sauce until well combined.

5.Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.

6.Serve warm with corn chips for dipping.
