Fluffy Egg Bread Delight

1.In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.

2.In a separate bowl, mix the flour, instant yeast, and salt together.

3.Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until a dough begins to form.

4.Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 8-10 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic.

5.Place the kneaded dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.

6.Once risen, punch down the dough to release the air, then shape it into a loaf or divide it into smaller rolls as desired.

7.Place the shaped dough into a greased loaf pan or on a baking sheet for rolls, cover again, and let it rise for another 30-45 minutes.

8.Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

9.Bake the bread for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the bread sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
