Creamy Spinach and Chicken Bake with a Golden Crust

1.Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2.In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix until smooth and well combined.

3.Add the chopped spinach and shredded chicken to the cream cheese mixture. Stir until the chicken and spinach are evenly coated with the creamy mixture.

4.In a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spread the chicken and spinach mixture evenly across the bottom.

5.In a separate bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, melted butter, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Mix until the breadcrumbs are well coated with butter.

6.Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the chicken and spinach layer in the baking dish. Then, top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and the grated Parmesan cheese.

7.Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.

8.After 25 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.

9.Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
