Creamy Garlic Chicken Delight

1.Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

2.Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.

3.Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

4.In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

5.Add the chicken broth to the skillet, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.

6.Stir in the softened cream cheese until it melts and combines with the broth, creating a creamy sauce.

7.Add the Italian seasoning, lemon juice, and chopped parsley to the sauce, stirring well to combine.

8.Return the cooked chicken breasts to the skillet, spooning the creamy garlic sauce over them. Let it simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through and allow the flavors to meld.
