Savory Rice and Egg Bake with Creamy Topping

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2.In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, tomato sauce, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, basil, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

3.In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until well combined. Then, gently fold the beaten eggs into the rice mixture until fully combined.

4.Transfer the rice and egg mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

5.Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the top of the rice and egg mixture.

6.Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.

7.After 25 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
