Creamy Dreamy Cheesecake

1.Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).

2.In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy using an electric mixer.

3.Add the sweetened condensed milk, granulated sugar, and brown sugar to the cream cheese. Mix until well combined and smooth.

4.In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and salt until fully combined.

5.Gradually add the egg mixture to the cream cheese mixture, mixing on low speed until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

6.Pour the cheesecake batter into a greased 9-inch springform pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.

7.Place the springform pan in the preheated oven and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.

8.Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for an additional hour to cool gradually.

9.Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool to room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.

10.Once chilled, carefully remove the sides of the springform pan. Slice and serve your creamy dreamy cheesecake.
