1.Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

2.In a mixing bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, sriracha sauce, ground ginger, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt. Whisk until well blended to create the glaze.

3.Rinse the chicken under cold water and pat it dry with paper towels. Place the chicken in a roasting pan.

4.Rub the olive oil all over the chicken, ensuring it is evenly coated. This will help the skin crisp up during roasting.

5.Pour half of the honey garlic glaze over the chicken, making sure to coat it thoroughly. Reserve the other half for basting later.
