White Chocolate Cocoa Tea Infusion

1.In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil over medium heat.

2.Once the water is boiling, add 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder and whisk until fully dissolved.

3.Reduce the heat to low and add 1/2 cup of white chocolate chips, stirring continuously until melted and smooth.

4.Add 2 tablespoons of loose tea leaves to the saucepan and let the mixture steep for about 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.

5.After steeping, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a teapot or large mug to remove the tea leaves.

6.If desired, stir in 1 tablespoon of honey and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract for added sweetness and flavor.

7.Serve the infusion warm, garnished with a sprinkle of cocoa powder or a few extra white chocolate chips on top.
