Savory Meatballs with a Twist

1.Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2.In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, and ground lamb. Mix well until evenly combined.

3.Add the finely chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, ground cumin, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper to the meat mixture. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

4.Using your hands, form the mixture into meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

5.Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are cooked through and browned on the outside.

6.While the meatballs are baking, heat the marinara sauce in a saucepan over medium heat until warmed through.

7.Once the meatballs are done, remove them from the oven and add them to the saucepan with the marinara sauce. Gently stir to coat the meatballs in the sauce.

8.Serve the meatballs hot, garnished with fresh basil leaves.
