Tender Love Chicken

1.In a large bowl, combine the Saipro tenderizer powder, olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, black pepper, paprika, dried thyme, and lemon juice. Whisk until well blended to create a marinade.

2.Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight for maximum tenderness.

3.Preheat your grill or oven to 375°F (190°C). If grilling, lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.

4.Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing any excess to drip off. Discard the remaining marinade.

5.If grilling, place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). If baking, place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until fully cooked.

6.Once cooked, remove the chicken from the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. This helps retain the juices.

7.Slice the chicken and serve it on a platter, garnished with fresh parsley.
