Alice In Wonderland Rainbow Tea

1.In a large pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.

2.Once boiling, remove from heat and add the dried hibiscus, chamomile, lavender, and rose petals. Stir gently to combine.

3.Cover the pot and let the tea steep for 10-15 minutes, allowing the floral flavors to infuse the water.

4.After steeping, strain the tea into a large pitcher to remove the flowers, pressing down to extract as much liquid as possible.

5.Add the fresh mixed berries to the pitcher, mashing them slightly with a spoon to release their juices.

6.Stir in the honey or agave syrup and the lemon juice until well combined. Adjust sweetness to taste.

7.Let the tea cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled, about 1-2 hours.

8.To serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the chilled tea over the ice, ensuring each glass gets a mix of berries.

9.Garnish each glass with fresh mint leaves for a pop of color and flavor.
