Cheesy Mozzarella Nachos Delight

1.Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

2.Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet, ensuring they are not overlapping.

3.In a mixing bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, chopped onion, and chili flakes. Mix well to combine the flavors.

4.Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the tortilla chips, followed by the tomato and onion mixture, and then top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.

5.If using, add the sliced jalapeños on top for an extra kick.

6.Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

7.Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a minute.

8.Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired, and serve immediately with sour cream and guacamole on the side.
